Care and Maintenance Guidelines

Washing:

Machine wash in cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C/85°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Hand wash if necessary.

Drying:

Air dry the fabric graphic by hanging or laying it flat.

If using a dryer, please tumble dry on low heat.

Storage:

Fold neatly or roll the fabric graphic when not in use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.

Keep it in a protective bag to prevent dust or dirt buildup.

Stain Removal:

For tough stains, gently spot clean with a mild soap solution and soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.

Ironing:

If wrinkles occur, iron on a low setting or use a steamer to restore the fabric to its smooth state. Avoid direct contact with the iron to prevent damage.

Our hanging banners are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Popular options include round, square, and triangle, with custom shapes also available. Standard sizes include 8ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft to suit different booth layouts.

3. Is it easy to assemble?

Yes. The frame uses a push-button system for quick, tool-free setup. The stretch fabric graphic slides over like a pillowcase. In the meanwhile, the graphics are easily replaceable, making it cost-effective for multiple events or rebranding.

4. Is the graphic single-sided or double-sided?

All our hanging banner graphics are fully wrapped and printed on both sides, giving your brand 360° visibility from every angle.

5. How is it suspended from the ceiling?

Steel hanging cables and hooks are included for secure suspension. Be sure to check with the event venue for height limits and rigging requirements.
