If items are produced using customer designs, EnvisionTex will reproduce these designs as accurately as possible. Such deviations do not provide grounds for canceling an order, refusing delivery, or withholding payment. This also applies to unavoidable deviations between pre-production samples and series production. All digitally printed orders will be provided with exact quantities. Deviations in width and length of +/- 7% are unavoidable due to technical production processes and do not constitute grounds for canceling an order, refusing delivery, or withholding payment.
5 . Shipment/Supply
For international shipments, EnvisionTex will not be liable for clearance delays.

The supply periods quoted and prescribed are non-binding, unless EnvisionTex has provided an express written guarantee to adhere to the delivery period. EnvisionTex reserves the right to make partial deliveries and invoice for the items actually delivered. We also reserve the right to adjust shipping methods based on production volume to meet your delivery date, without refunding production or shipping charges.
